For Beginners:
After the level is started, go to any edge on the first planet near the fence. Face the tower in the center and push Z+A in that order, (Z is on the Nunchuk; A is on the Wii Remote).

For Experts:
Start by doing a wall jump on the fence, then, angle the control stick down and shaking the Wii Remote to spin-jump. It is possible to get pretty far with this one.
